I Promised God that I would rebuild Detroit! This Blueprint to do as such, can be applied all over the world!

I have been Rebuilding, Revitalizing & Restoring some of Detroit's most dilapidated & forgotten about neighborhoods. 1st thing I did was sweep around my own door, rebuilding my home, my business and the communities!

My Mission may seem long, but it's only 1 word: OBEDIENCE!

Rebirth of Block Clubs!; Again, we are all in this together, fighting for one purpose and the is Rebuilding our City!

Youth Programs!; Daily programs created for our youth and young adults, keeping them busy and their mind focused!

Vacant Lots Redeveloped! These once vacant lands will have New Home Construction will be built for a lot of families!

Veteran Housing!; After a faithful service stint, veterans deserve the honor of having adequate housing for their families! 

Contractor's Network!; As contractors we will all come together, fighting for one purpose and that is Rebuilding our City!

Vacant Homes Restored!; There are thousands of vacant homes that DO NOT need to be torn down, they can be RESTORED!

New Home Construction!; New Home Construction will be built for a lot of families that will have a place to call home sweet home!

Crime Prevention!; Crime is Greatly reduced, because we are all in this together, fighting for one purpose and that is Rebuilding our City!

Senior Housing!; Once Seniors hit this ripe old age, they are NOT supposed to want for anything, we are supposed to take care of the ones that need help!

Neighborhood Restoration and so much more! We don't need to Re-invent the wheel and try to figure out why our city is failing

Time Frame: The Time is Now! The Drought is Over! Let's Take our City Back! from the many blocks of properties that I have already purchased, I am currently wrapping up the revitalization of a few of the vacant homes that will welcome new families, getting prepared to start on many more, and break ground on the New Construction phase of the start of 1000 new homes! The Birth of NO BLOCK LEFT BEHIND!: As I remember Earnestly one day and I was telling the Lord that I wanted to do more! HIS Automatic response was "I have trusted you over a few things, I will now do an increase, because of your Faithfulness and Obedience", all of a Sudden, out of nowhere, I heard the Lord God, say " NO BLOCK LEFT BEHIND!" God then further Promised me that the Detroit population would be beyond the highest population numbers that we have ever seen!

Wow! As I accepted this new task of NO BLOCK LEFT BEHIND, surely a monument of a task, but I knew God had my back, because HE got me this far! The Mission to Rebuild Detroit was now, 1 brick, 1 house, 1 block at a time! As I began to advertise houses for rent, I would get hundreds of responses within a couple of days, after very thorough background checks and spending many days and nights, praying and meditating that God would direct us the right family for this available home, within a short amount of time, this beautiful home would be rented to the chosen family, and then we would start the process all over again:(restore a house, advertise for rental, the vetting process, etc...) Soon we would come to realize that there were hundreds of families that we could not service, because we couldn't get the houses ready quickly enough even tho we had the inventory of many blocks that I had purchased. People would literally walk up to me, my wife and even my son, or see one of my company trucks and say wow, "you built a mansion in the hood, and you came to our neighborhood, and providing families with homes, we say Thank you!"  

As my wife, son and I and a few good Angels were able to transform this neighborhood in a major way that others have followed and appreciate our efforts.

People come from all over the world to see what I've done on Lakewood; I sell my book to help fund the Rebuilding of these neighborhoods. We recently added postcards, Tshirts and sweaters to help fund this, Mission. One day very soon, I'm going to open a trade school so many can be trained from my many talents, I can build a house from ground up without blueprints! The demand is so great, I have to train others and get others involved, I've come to realize we can't do it all. I came to Realize that NO BLOCK LEFT BEHIND was a Mission to help so many with Blessed, Quality & affordable homes, and also a Mission to help the disenfranchised. 

God Blessed my hands, so I must continue to Bless others, there has never been a payment that I sought for helping people, for I owe GOD Bigg time for sparing my life, getting me off drugs and alcohol, restoring my marriage, Blessing me with a beautiful family, even after dropping out of school, and on crack cocaine, I returned and successfully walked across the stage receiving my high school diploma!!! I know 1st hand what it feels like to be homeless and/or have inadequate and suitable housing for my family God has been soooooooo good to me, I must give back, and Rebuild my City! Bio & Experience: I was born and raised here in Detroit and a product of Detroit Public Schools; I was raised by my mother. I have been in the construction trades since I was a kid, I was fascinated by working around my mother's house and in the neighborhood as I grew up I saw a lot in the streets of Detroit I've been through a lot in the streets of Detroit have been stabbed and shot twice doing my journey of living in the city many years ago I was homeless I have nowhere to go I didn't have a place to call home but as the days will go on God truly blessed me and made me realize my calling and HE reminded me of how I HE Blessed my hands with a Craftsmanship that is Unique! 

I've been in a home improvement business a long time. I am a Praying man and Visionary as well as a Licensed, Bonded & Insured Contractor/Developer, During my career, I have Built, remodeled and or rebuilt thousands of residential homes.  I own a very successful construction company Unique construction company as I worked to improve customers' homes remodeling building whatever their needs were my mind always gravitated back to the days of when I was homeless and I vowed I made a promise to God as I looked around my city that through hell or high water that I was gonna do my part and rebuilding Detroit and providing families a place to call home sweet home! 

So to make a long story short I started at Ground Zero I started at home I swept around my own door to improve my area then started improving more properties around my home on Lakewood in the 48215, unbeknownst to me, people would come from all over the world to see what I had built from there, which has emanated  and birthed a  I started redoing communities, most notably the 48205, where I bought many blocks of dilapidated and abandoned homes, when I 1st started over there, the whole neighborhood was gone! The blocks are becoming full again, Homes were selling for as little as $500 and a max of $3,600... Today that neighborhood that we have Revitalized and Restored, the housing market has skyrocketed to homes selling over $100,000!!!(I have included a few photos)

We have had families to move in from Canton, Eastpointe and Warren, we have such a long waiting list, we just can't get the houses ready fast enough, if only you could see the faces on the families faces and the many tears that have poured when they received the keys to their home sweet home. Together we Prayed, cried, and Prayed some more, which gave me more octane to do so much more!  Together we can Rebuild our Detroit Communities, 1 brick, 1 house, 1 Block at a time!
